TERMS OF PURCHASE
When you buy an item from us, you accept our terms of purchase and shipping agreement.
The agreement is entered into when you receive a confirmation of the item via email. This email is valid as a receipt.
All our furniture is made by hand and can vary in color tones and grain due to the materials. We reserve the right to change prices due to price increases for production and shipping.
You agree that we may store and process your personal data.
All prices are shown in SEK incl. VAT
You choose the payment method at the checkout.
Delivery times for ordered goods are estimated time. After purchase, we will contact you for a more precise delivery time.
SMALLER PACKAGE weight under 30 kg.
Delivered to delivery point Post Nord / service point for DHL
You will receive an SMS or notice when your item is ready for delivery.
LARGE PACKAGE HOME DELIVERY
Delivered home to your gate / plot boundary on weekdays and during the day from 9am to 4pm.
You will receive an text message or a note in your mailbox for the choice of delivery day. Carry-in / carrying aid is not included.
-For difficult-to-access delivery address such as boat delivery or unavailable delivery address, an extra cost may apply.
Other delivery methods and carrier assistance are charged according to agreement / cost proposal.
PICK UP AT WAREHOUSE
Can be done by appointment. You can then get a reduced price / shipping deduction.

NOT COLLECTED GOODS
If you do not pick up your item or accept the home delivery, a cost will be added.
For smaller packages SEK 300.00 for larger packages / pallet SEK 650.00.
This applies to all handling such as:
- Entered incorrect telephone number for text message so you did not receive an text message and were not reachable.
- Entered incorrect home delivery address and contact information which means that the driver can not deliver.
- Have not been on site for delivery at the agreed time.
- If for any reason you do not want to receive the delivery.
DAMAGED ITEMS ON DELIVERY
When you receive your item, it is important that you inspect the package.
Should the package be damaged, it must be reported immediately to the shipping company and noted by the driver on the bill of lading and on the receipt at the delivery point by their staff.
Applies to all delivery methods Post Nord / agents, Servicepoint and DHL Home home delivery.
If you discover that the product is damaged during unpacking, you are obliged to immediately, within 1 day, contact us at email@example.com Attach clear pictures on packaging and the damage goods, as well as the purchase document.
RETURN-14 DAYS OPEN PURCHASE
You can cancel your purchase of stock items and have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period runs from the date you received the item.
Please note that the right of return does not apply to ordered goods.
Upon return, the customer pays the shipping for the item and is responsible for / the packaging / condition during the return.
For RETURN right, the following applies:
- The condition of the item must be the same as when you received it. Unused, whole and clean. You request a return shipping note from us firstname.lastname@example.org
- Pack in original packaging with all labels left on the item.
- Pack and pack the product well so that it does not break in the return shipping. Attach the return shipping form to the package.
- Julie & Clark is NOT responsible for damaged return shipping, so pack well!
- The cost of return shipping to our warehouse is borne by you and adjusted when you receive your money back after approved return.
We will contact you for information about collection or to which agent the submission should take place.
The right of return does not apply to ordered goods.
Takes place no later than 30 days after approved return. If you have received an invoice, it must be paid even if you return the item.
Julie & Clark is not responsible for any transport damage during return shipping, therefore send your return well packaged.
COMPLAINT OF GOODS
If an item is incorrectly manufactured, you have the right to complain about the item.
Contact us at email@example.com attach pictures of the incorrect as well as purchase document.
We replace the product after an approved complaint or other agreement if the product is out of stock.
According to the Consumer Purchase Act, there is a 3-year right of complaint for manufacturing defects in goods.
SPECIAL MANUFACTURED ITEMS ON ORDER
You can cancel or change your purchase of your specially ordered item within 3 days. When production has started on the 4th day, it is not possible to cancel the purchase. We always require advance payment on ordered goods.
